Replace PlugIn File field becuase file in use

Question:
I tried to replace plugin dll in and always get message “File in used”….

I did iisreset but still the same problem.

What can I do…?

Answer:
The reason is async service.

You need to stop Microsoft CRM Async service replace the file and restart again

( one of your step is async step)
